SHIPPING POLICY

OUR DELIVERY PROMISE
Every order is checked, packed and sent with tracking. Your order will arrive within 10 to 14 days of dispatch. We tell you the timeline up front so you know exactly what to expect.

WHERE WE DELIVER
We currently deliver to addresses in the United Kingdom.

ORDER PROCESSING
Orders are processed within 1 to 3 working days. You will receive an email when your order is confirmed and another when it is dispatched.

DELIVERY TIMES
Delivery takes 10 to 14 days from the date your order is dispatched, not the date it is placed. These are estimates, and delays can occasionally occur because of carrier volumes, customs checks, weather or public holidays.

TRACKING
Every order ships with a tracking number, sent to the email address you used at checkout. Tracking updates can take 24 to 72 hours to appear after dispatch, and parcels in transit sometimes show fewer updates, so a quiet tracking page does not mean something has gone wrong.

SHIPPING COSTS
Shipping costs are shown at checkout before you pay. Any taxes or duties that apply are also shown before you pay.

INCORRECT ADDRESS
Please check your address carefully before you complete your order. If you spot a mistake, email us as soon as possible at [email] with your order number. We can only change an address before your order is dispatched.

IF YOUR ORDER HASN'T ARRIVED
If your order has not arrived within 14 days of the dispatch date, email [email] with your order number. We will contact the carrier and update you within 2 working days. If your order is lost, damaged in transit or incorrect, we will arrange a replacement or a refund in line with our Returns and Refunds Policy.

YOUR STATUTORY RIGHTS
This policy does not affect your statutory rights under UK consumer law.
